Please note: Untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance. By choosing untracked shipping, you acknowledge that the order cannot be tracked once shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in transit. Processing Time

Orders are made within approximately 5–7 business days before shipping, followed by the shipping time stated above.

Customs & Import Cost Estimates

To estimate any additional costs, we recommend checking your local customs authority, using an online import calculator, or contacting your carrier about customs and administration fees.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

The customer is also responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs-related fees charged by the destination country or carrier.

If a package is refused due to unexpected customs charges, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any resulting return shipping or other costs may be deducted from the purchase amount.
