How to Size
Place the tape over your nail and press it down firmly so in conforms to the nail's curve (no air bubbles or wrinkles).
Mark both edges of the widest part of the nail with a pen.
Place the tape on a flat surface and measure the distance between the marks in millimeters.
After measuring each of your nails in millimeters, compare your measurements with the size chart below. This will help you identify your individual nail sizes (00–9) and choose the standard size set (XS, S, M, L, or XL) that fits you best.
