Refund policy

All of our press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom or personalized nail sets

• Nail sets made in the size selected by the customer

• Change of mind or incorrect size selection

Please ensure you carefully review your sizing and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at iirisluisa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and provide an appropriate solution.

Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
